What I got from Fuel was completely unexpected. When I made training for a system rollout in the past, it was really just a series of screenshots, stuff we could use but far from comprehensive. Fuel showed up with translations, videos, user workbooks and even these cool certification paths. The business loved it and I was able to bill more based on their work. I highly recommend what they do and how they work.
